  1. Define Objectives:

  1. Brand Awareness:

In this stage, we get to know the company, the products and services offered and the target audience. We also get an understanding of the company’s vision, the values, consumer insight and the brand personality and positioning of the brand.

  1. Competition Analysis:

This stage is very critical and we focus a lot of time and effort in researching the web and building awareness of the competitors in your category. We assess the competitors positioning and their web strategies. This enables us come up with strategies and positioning which will differentiate your brand and web presence.

  1. Strategy:

In this stage we present our findings and suggestions to our client. After thorough discussions with our client, we devise the positioning and the web strategy. This results in outlining the web architecture and functionalities for the website.

  1. Design:

Engagement Models


In this model, we execute various projects for a fee. The fee charged is determined, based on rate per man hour or on a project to project basis.

Monthly Retainer Model:

 In this model, we analyse the client’s requirement for a campaign or for a given duration. We determine the amount of work which is required to be done and the dedicated team required to handle the specific tasks. We create a dedicated team to handle these projects, which is managed by a project manager.

A monthly retainer fee is charged and the retainer fee is adjusted against the amount of work executed each month.
